摘　　要：石油的产生离不开相关的石油机械设备发挥的作用,对于机械设备的管理和维护工作能够增强石油企业的竞争力,实现可持续的健康发展,机械设备的管理和维护工作直接关系到石油生产的质量和效率。本文选择石油机械设备作为研究对象,通过探讨我国目前石油企业对机械设备管理维护存在的问题,针对现存状况提出可行性的管理和维护对策,进而希望为后续我国学者对石油机械设备管理维护的研究提供参考。The production of petroleum is inseparable from the role of relevant petroleum machinery and equipment.The management and maintenance of machinery and equipment can enhance the competitiveness of Petroleum Enterprises and realize sustainable and healthy development,The management and maintenance of mechanical equipment are directly related to the quality and efficiency of oil production.This paper selects petroleum machinery and equipment as the research object.By discussing the problems existing in the management and maintenance of machinery and equipment in China's current petroleum enterprises,this paper puts forward feasible management and maintenance countermeasures according to the existing situation,and then hopes to provide reference for the follow-up research on the management and maintenance of petroleum machinery and equipment by Chinese scholars.
