摘 要:催化裂解(DCC)装置在生产中为了达到多产低碳烯烃的目的需要降低油气分压,控制较低的反应压力,较多的反应注汽量,导致产生含硫酸性水比常规催化裂化含硫酸性水量大。催化裂解装置第二次开工后发现酸性水缓冲罐带油严重,影响硫磺回收装置酸性水汽提塔操作,降低DCC装置轻油收率,增加操作人员工作量的问题。通过提高三相分离罐界位,平稳控制返回至分馏塔顶油气分离罐物料等措施进行优化,改善酸性水罐严重带油情况。In order to achieve the purpose of producing more low-carbon olefins in the production of Deep Catalytic Cracking(DCC)units,it is necessary to reduce the partial pressure of oil and gas,control a lower reaction pressure,and increase the amount of reaction steam,resulting in the production of sulfuric water than conventional ones.Catalytic cracking contains a large amount of sulfuric water.After the second start of the catalytic cracking unit,it was found that the acid water buffer tank was seriously oily,which affected the operation of the acid water stripper of the sulfur recovery unit,reduced the light oil yield of the DCC unit,and increased the workload of operators.By improving the boundary level of the three-phase separation tank,and smoothly controlling the materials returned to the oil and gas separation tank at the top of the fractionation tower,optimization is carried out to improve the serious oilcarrying situation in the acid water tank.
