摘　　要：对棉纤维进行改性加工,制成的钻井液用封堵剂——植物纤维TP-2,具有良好的韧性与可变形性、优良的膨胀性、抗温性与吸附抑制性能,可以加入各种钻井液体系,通过交联架桥成网有效封堵漏层,并在新疆克拉玛依油田与塔里木油田多口井获得成功应用。Vegetable fiber TP-2,a plugging agent for drilling fluid,is prepared by modifying cotton fiber.It has good toughness and deformability,excellent expansibility,temperature resistance and adsorption inhibition.It can be added into various drilling fluid systems to effectively block the leakage layer through cross-linking and bridging network.It has been successfully applied in many wells of Karamay Oilfield and Tarim Oilfield in Xinjiang.
