摘 要:针对石化企业生产装置控制回路自动化性能难以有效评估的问题,提出一种自动化综合指数方法,分析并选取自动化、安全、平稳、质量4个维度的8个指标,根据装置特点调整与确定各指标计算方法,通过专家经验与工况进行指标权重系数设置和优化,并在某炼油企业4套装置上进行应用。结果表明,相对自控率评估方法,综合指数方法能够更加精准地判断生产装置控制回路自动化性能,定位性能偏差造成的原因,多维度分析给出更合理的排名结果,实现对控制回路的全方位评估。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to effectively evaluate the performance of production device control loop in petrochemical enterprises,an automatic comprehensive index method was proposed.Eight indicators in four dimensions of automation,safety,stability and quality were analysized and selected.According to the characteristics of the device,the calculation method of each index was adjusted and determined.Through expert experience and working conditions,the index weight coefficient were setted and optimized.This automatic comprehensive index method has been applied in 4 units of a refinery.The results showed that compared with the self-control rate evaluation method,the comprehensive index method could more accurately judge the state of the control loop,locate the causes of performance deviation,and give more reasonable ranking results through multi-dimensional analysis,so as to realize an all-round evaluation of the control loop.
