摘　　要：针对某石化公司部分深冷管道出现漏冷结冰的问题,测试了二烯烃弹性体发泡制品+丁腈橡胶发泡制品的保冷系统的理化性能,对比了未服役和服役5年后新旧保冷样品的数据差异,分析了服役后材料性能发生变化的原因,并提出后续的使用管理建议。In view of the phenomenon of cold leakage and freezing of some cryogenic pipelines in a petrochemical company,the physical and chemical properties of the cold insulation system of diene elastomer foamed products+nitrile rubber foamed products were tested,the data differences between the old and new cold insulation samples after not in service and 5 years of service were compared,the reasons for the changes of material properties after service were analyzed,and the follow-up usage management suggestions were put forward.
