摘 要:目的分析血液标本存放时间延长对生化检验结果的影响。方法选择2020年3月1日—31日在金乡县人民医院进行体检的263名健康体检者作为研究对象,收集受检者的清晨空腹静脉血样本。在采血后1 h、4 h、6 h、8 h、12 h检测血糖(GLU)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、血尿素氮(BUN)、三酰甘油(TG)、肌酐(Cr)、总胆红素(TBil)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),比较不同时间点上述指标的差异。结果采血4 h后的BUN、TC水平均明显高于采血1 h后,GLU、TBil水平均明显低于采血1 h后〔BUN(mmol/L):7.93±0.96比6.16±1.01,TC(mmol/L):3.59±1.03比3.41±1.01,GLU(μmol/L):7.68±1.02比8.36±1.03,TBil(μmol/L):6.01±1.02比6.29±1.03,均P<0.05〕。采血6 h后的ALT、ALB、TP、BUN、TG水平均明显高于采血1 h后,GLU、TBil、TC水平均明显低于采血1 h后〔ALT(U/L):16.81±1.17比15.49±1.13,ALB(g/L):45.67±1.07比45.37±1.23,TP(g/L):75.34±1.72比72.29±1.23,BUN(mmol/L):7.11±1.04比6.16±1.01,TG(mmol/L):1.27±0.57比1.18±0.42,GLU(μmol/L):6.51±1.07比8.36±1.03,TBil(μmol/L):6.03±1.19比6.29±1.03,TC(mmol/L):3.16±0.61比3.41±1.01,均P<0.05〕。采血8 h、12 h后的ALT、ALB、TP、BUN、TG、Cr、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均明显高于采血1 h后,γ-GT、TBil、TC水平均明显低于采血1 h后〔ALT(U/L):18.59±0.26、18.63±0.17比15.49±1.13,ALB(g/L):47.53±1.21、48.22±1.07比45.37±1.23,TP(g/L):75.21±1.05、75.32±1.21比72.29±1.23,BUN(mmol/L):7.23±0.93、7.46±0.86比6.16±1.01,TG(mmol/L):1.52±0.16、1.37±0.87比1.18±0.42,Cr(μmol/L):90.89±3.32、90.75±3.45比87.86±3.16,HDL-C(mmol/L):1.22±0.15、1.25±0.17比1.17±0.25,LDL-C(mmol/L):2.31±0.42、2.28±0.51比1.96±0.23,γ-GT(U/L):12.79±1.12、12.31±1.05比14.25±1.06,TBil(μmol/L):5.89±1.02、5.78±1.13比6.29±1.03,TC(mmol/L):2.85±0.63、2.65±0.63比1.96±0.23,均P<0.05〕。结论血液标本存放时间的延长�Objective To analyze the influence of blood samples on biochemical test results with the change of storage time.Methods A total of 263 healthy physical examiners in People's Hospital of Jinxiang County from March 1 to March 31,2020 were selected as research objects.The fasting venous blood samples of all subjects were collected in the morning,and after 1 hour,4 hours,6 hours,8 hours and 12 hours of blood collection,the levels of blood glucose(GLU),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum albumin(ALB),serum total protein(TP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),triglyceride(TG),creatinine(Cr),total bilirubin(TBil),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured.The differences of the above indicators at different time points were compared.Results After 4 hours of blood collection,the levels of BUN and TC were higher than those after 1 hour of blood collection,and the levels of GLU and TBil were lower than those after 1 hour of blood collection[BUN(mmol/L):7.93±0.96 vs.6.16±1.01,TC(mmol/L):3.59±1.03 vs.3.41±1.01,GLU(μmol/L):7.68±1.02 vs.8.36±1.03,TBil(μmol/L):6.01±1.02 vs.6.29±1.03,all P<0.05].After 6 hours of blood collection,the levels of ALT,ALB,TP,BUN and TG were higher than those after 1 hour of blood collection,and the levels of GLU,TBil and TC were lower than those 1 hour after blood collection[ALT(U/L):16.81±1.17 vs.15.49±1.13,ALB(g/L):45.67±1.07 vs.45.37±1.23,TP(g/L):75.34±1.72 vs.72.29±1.23,BUN(mmol/L):7.11±1.04 vs.6.16±1.01,TG(mmol/L):1.27±0.57 vs.1.18±0.42,GLU(μmol/L):6.51±1.07 vs.8.36±1.03,TBil(μmol/L):6.03±1.19 vs.6.29±1.03,TC(mmol/L):3.16±0.61 vs.3.41±1.01,all P<0.05].After 8 hours and 12 hous of blood collection,the levels of ALT,ALB,TP,BUN,TG,Cr,HDL-C and LDL-C were higher than those after 1 hour of blood collection,and the levels ofγ-GT,TBil and TC were lower than those after 1 hour of blood collection[ALT(U/L):18.59±0.26,18.63±0.17 vs.15.49±1.13,ALB(g/L):47.53±1.21,48.22±1.
