摘  要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟机研究了低碳微合金钢在变形温度850~1100℃、应变速率0.01~10 s^(-1)条件下的热变形行为,观察并分析了不同热变形条件下显微组织演变过程。基于真应力-真应变曲线,建立了应变补偿Arrhenius本构关系模型,并采用标准统计参数对其精确度进行了评估。结果表明,当变形温度为900℃,变形速率为0.1 s^(-1)时,合金的显微组织主要为压扁的变形晶粒,随着温度的升高,变形晶粒晶界处产生新的再结晶晶粒,温度到达1100℃时,发生完全的再结晶,再结晶的发生有利于马氏体板条的细化,原奥氏体晶界是主要的形核位置;模型预测的平均绝对相对误差和相关系数分别为4.753%和0.9895,为该合金的热加工工艺提供一定的技术参考和理论依据。The hot deformation behavior of low carbon micro alloyed steel at deformation temperature of 850~1100℃and strain rate of 0.01~10 s^(-1) was studied by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator.The evolution of microstructure under different hot deformation conditions was observed and analyzed.Based on the true stress-true strain curve,the strain compensated Arrhenius constitutive relationship model was established,and its accuracy was evaluated by standard statistical parameters.The results show that when the deformation temperature is 900℃and the strain rate is 0.1 s^(-1),the microstructure of the alloy is mainly elongated and pancaked grains.With the increase of temperature,new recrystallized grains are generated at the grain boundary of the deformed grains,the dynamic recrystallization has been completed when the temperature reaches 1100℃.The occurrence of recrystallization is beneficial to the formation of small packages and fine laths,the prior austenite grain boundary is the main nucleation cite.The average absolute relative error and correlation coefficient predicted by the model are 4.753%and 0.9895 respectively,which provides a certain technical reference and theoretical basis for the hot working process of the experimental steel.
