摘　　要：介绍了弓形浸渍管RH炉精炼JY50W1300无取向硅钢的工业试验。结果表明:在真空处理过程中,弓形浸渍管RH炉的真空度能在短时间内达到并稳定在50 Pa左右;深脱碳5 min时,钢中碳可以脱至0.0030%,15 min时可脱碳至0.0010%,脱碳效果优异;钢中夹杂物主要是脱氧产生的内生夹杂物,其含量呈先增后减趋势,钢液出站时大部分夹杂物基本被去除。弓形浸渍管RH炉循环效果良好,真空冶金性能优于传统双管RH真空炉,可满足高品质超低碳钢的成分和纯净度要求。The industrial test of refining JY50W1300 non-oriented silicon steel by RH furnace with bow dipping tube is introduced.The results were as follows:in the process of vacuum treatment,the vacuum degree of the arched snorkel RH could reach and stabilize at about 50 Pa in a short time;the w[C]in steel could be removed to about 0.0030%after 5min deep decarbonization,and about 0.0010%after 15 min,the decarburization effect was excellent;in the aspect of inclusion removal,it is found that the main inclusions in the steel was the endogenous inclusion produced by deoxidation,whose content increased first and then decreased,and most of the inclusions were basically removed when the liquid steel exited the station.The results showed that the arched snorkel RH furnace has good circulation effect.Its vacuum metallurgy performance was superior to that of the traditional dual-tube RH vacuum furnace,which meets the composition and purity requirements of high quality ultra-low carbon steel.
