摘　　要：农药是重要的农业生产资料,农药产品质量关系我国粮食安全与乡村振兴,农药监管对规范农药市场生产经营秩序,提高农药产品质量发挥着重要作用。近年来,随着农药市场监管工作的不断深入,全省农药产品质量明显提升,但制售假劣农药违法犯罪行为仍屡禁不止,不仅给众多农户带来经济损失,更严重威胁农业生产和农产品质量安全。本文通过列举几起制售假劣农药大案,分析当前农药市场监管存在问题,就抓好农药监管工作提出几点建议。Pesticide is an important agricultural production material.The quality of pesticide products is related to the food security and rural revitalization in China.Pesticide supervision plays an important role in regulating the production and operation order of pesticide market and in improving pesticide quality.In recent years,with the continuous supervision of pesticide market,the quality of pesticide products in the province has improved significantly,but pesticide offences,like manufacturing and selling fake and inferior pesticides have not been stopped despite repeated prohibitions,which not only brings economic losses to many farmers,but also seriously threatens agricultural production and the quality and safety of agricultural products.This paper,by taking several major cases of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and inferior pesticides as examples,analyzed the current problems faced by pesticide market supervision and put forward some suggestions on how to implement an effective market supervision.
