摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱方法法测定小油菜中阿维菌素的残留量。此方法提取试剂简单易得,方法回收率好,在其他基质中分离度同样良好。色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil 5μm C_(18),250×4.6mm,流动相乙腈和水梯度洗脱,柱温40℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测器:紫外检测器,检测波长245nm,进样量50μL,阿维菌素标准溶液浓度在0.2~5mg/L,样品添加回收率在84.4%~92.2%,方法定量限是0.01mg/kg.RSD在6.2%~8.2%之间。An efficient method for the determination of abamectin residue in rape by HPLC was established,under the following chromatographic condition:C_(18)-column(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),a mixed mobile phase consisting acetonitrile and water,column temperature 40℃,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,ultraviolet detector,detection wavelength 245nm and injection volume 50μL.The linear range of 0.2mg/L~5mg/L,the recovery rate of 84.4%~92.2%and the quantification limit of 0.01mg/kg was obtained.The relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 6.2%to 8.2%.This HPLC method is simple and accurate for the determination of abamectin residue in rape.
