摘  要:制造业进入转型升级发展阶段,绿色环保成为变压器设计制造理念。鉴于水性漆相比于油性漆更具环境友好兼容性,本文旨在测试变压器涂装水性漆的漆膜性能,以评估大规模应用的可行性。分别对比水性漆和油性漆涂装表面粗糙度、高温烘干耐受性和高温油液长时耐受能力,结果显示,水性涂装质量和漆膜性能已达到与油性漆相当的水平。随着喷涂工艺完善和成本价格下降,水性漆在变压器涂装中的应用将逐步拓展。The transform and upgrade of manufacturing industry drive the design and manufacturing of transformer towards envrionmental friendly concepts.Waterborne coatings show good environmental friendly performance as compared with solvent-based coatings.In this article,the properties of waterborne coatings for transformer are described and its feasibility of large-scale application is analyzed.Specifically,the surface toughness,resistance to high temperature drying and oil exposure of waterborne and solvent-based coatings are comparatively analyzed.The results show that the coating properties of waterborne coatings are similar with that of solvent-based coatings.With the optimization and cost-reduction of waterborne coating process,the waterborne coatings can be used more in transformer.
