摘　　要：采用聚醚胺对环氧树脂进行改性,通过环氧基的开环反应,将长链聚醚结构引入到环氧树脂分子链中,合成了含有亲水基团的改性环氧树脂,并利用合成的改性环氧树脂制备了水性环氧富锌底漆。重点考察了聚醚胺相对分子质量、不同类型环氧树脂的配比、伯胺基与环氧基的扩链比、硅烷偶联剂添加量等对树脂及涂料性能的影响。实验发现,当选取的聚醚胺为M1000,m(NPPN-631)∶m(NPES-901)=2∶3,伯胺基与环氧基的扩链比为3∶4,硅烷偶联剂的添加量为0.5%时,所制得的改性环氧树脂综合性能最好,符合实际应用需求。Polyether amine is used to modify the epoxy resin,wherein the long chain polyether structure was introduced into the molecular chain of the epoxy resin via the ring-opening reaction of epoxy group,and the modified epoxy resin contains hydrophilic group.Then the waterborne zinc-rich epoxy primer is prepared by using the modified epoxy resin.The effects of molecular weight of polyether amine,ratio of different types of epoxy resin,chain extension ratio of amino group to epoxy group and silane coupling agent on the properties of resin and coating thereof are investigated.The results show that the modified epoxy resin has the best comprehensive perfor⁃mance and meets the practical application requirements.when the selected polyether amine is M1000,the mass ratio of NPPN-631 and NPES-901 is 2:3,the chain expansion ratio of amino group to epoxy group is 3:4 and the amount of silane coupling agent is 0.5%.
