摘  要:压力能回收利用是工业企业常见的节能方向之一,其中长输天然气从高压管网进入门站,经调压设施降压后供给厂区各用户,管网压力能未能回收利用,损失了大量的压力能。本文以某化纤企业天然气余压利用研究为例,分析余压发电技术在天然气门站实施的可行性,对天然气门站节能运行进行探索。Pressure energy recovery and utilization is one of the common energy saving directions in industrial enterprises.Long distance natural gas enters the gate station from the high pressure pipe network,and is supplied to each user in the plant after the pressure regulating facility depressurizes,but the pressure energy in the pipe network fails to be recovered and utilized,resulting in the loss of a large amount of pressure energy.This paper takes a chemical fiber enterprise as an example to analyze the feasibility of implementing the surplus pressure power generation technology in the natural gas gate station and explore the energy-saving operation of the natural gas gate station.
