摘　　要：因原设计盘根材质不合适以及盘根压盖制作尺寸缺陷,导致耙式干燥机的真空度不能满足工艺要求,设备大修处理耗时长且费用大,经故障分析,决定改进原设计,更换盘根种类及盘根压盖,并将轴套与轴的间隙满焊,更换易腐蚀的出液管道,迄今真空度能够满足生产要求。Due to the improper packing material in the original design and the manufacturing size defects of packing gland,the vacuum degree of rake dryer can not meet the process requirements.The overhaul of equipment takes a long time and costs a lot.After fault analysis,it is decided to improve the original design,replace the packing type and packing cover,fully weld the gap between shaft sleeve and shaft,and replace the corrosive liquid outlet pipe.So far,the vacuum degree can meet the production requirements.
