摘　　要：终聚釜密封的可靠性关系到整个聚合装置能否长周期稳定运行,分别从运行可靠性、采购成本、运行成本、检修成本和运行能耗等多方面对康泰斯机械密封与昆仑公司集装式唇封进行了对比,并总结了其各自优缺点,为后续项目建设的终聚釜密封选用提供了参考。The reliability of final polymerizer seal is related to the long-term stable operation of the whole polymerizer,this paper Compares Contex Mechanical Seal With Kunlun containerized lip seal from the aspects of Operation Reliability,purchase cost,operation cost,overhaul cost and operation energy consumption,and summarizes their respective advantages and disadvantages,it provides a reference for the selection of final polymerizer seal in the follow-up project construction.
