摘　　要：五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))是水质监测领域的一个必测指标。分别使用5种不同接种液(自行培养的污泥菌种、污水厂未灭菌出口水、某研究所BOD_(5)专用接种液、EM菌种和哈希菌种)接种不同浓度标准样品和生活污水处理厂进口废水,探索了不同接种液对BOD_(5)分析测试结果的影响。结果表明,有效接种液有3种,分别为自行培养的污泥菌种、污水厂未灭菌出口水和哈希菌种。其中,哈希菌种为更高效、稳定和便捷性的接种液,且具有推广性的有效接种液。Five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5))is a required index in water quality monitoring.In this paper,five different inoculants(self-cultured sludge strain,unsterilized export water of sewage plant,BOD_(5) special inoculant of a research institute,EM strain and hash strain)were used to inoculate standard samples with different concentrations and import and export wastewater of domestic sewage treatment plant,to explore the influence of different inoculants on BOD_(5) analysis and test results.According to the experimental results,there are three kinds of effective inoculation liquid,which are self-cultivated sludge bacteria,unsterilized export water of sewage plant and hash bacteria.Among them,hash bacteria is a more efficient,stable and convenient inoculation liquid,and it is an effective inoculation liquid with promotion.
