摘  要:对三塔气体分馏工艺进行了研究。运用PRO/II化工模拟计算软件,对各个塔的操作压力、理论板数、进料板位置、回流比等参数进行了模拟和优化,利用脱丙烷塔塔底较高温度的脱丙烷油与进料的LPG进行换热,减少冷、热两方面的能源消耗。结果表明:该工艺方案合理,流程简单,能耗低,投资小,产品质量优良,流程操作稳定,具有可靠、较强的实用价值,对只要求精丙烯产品的中小型炼油厂特别适用。A gas separation three-tower process is studied.PRO/II chemical simulation software is used to simulate and optimize the operating pressure,theoretical plate number,feed plate position,reflux ratio and other parameters of each tower.The higher temperature depropane oil at the bottom of the depropane tower is used to exchange heat with LPG of the feed to reduce the energy consumption of both cold and heat.The simulation results show that the three-tower gas separation process is reasonable,simple process,low energy consumption,small investment,good product quality,stable process operation,and has reliable and strong practical value,especially suitable for small and medium-sized refineries that only required refined propylene products.
