摘　　要：在稀酸中投加阻垢剂,以进入石墨列管换热器的稀酸流量计,按照30 mg/kg连续投加,磷酸装置浓缩A系统,实现了连续运转70 d,达到了35 d以上的运行周期目标。Scale inhibitor was added into diluted acid to let it enter the electromagnetic flowmeters(EMF)of the graphite tubular exchanger,and when the inhibitor was continuously added at the measurement of 30ppm,the system A of the phosphoric concentration equipment of the phosphorus chemical plant division ran continuously for 70 days,which realized the operating cycle of more than 35 days.
