摘　　要：通过宏观检验、磁粉探伤检查、硬度检测和金相检验,分析了一起卧式内燃锅壳湿背式燃气锅炉回燃室烟管产生裂纹的原因,并提出了处理建议和预防措施。Through macroscopic inspection,magnetic particle inspection,hardness test and metallographic examination of the orifice bridge in front of the reburning chamber,this paper analyzes the causes of a crack accident in the flue pipe of the reburning chamber of a horizontal internal combustion shell wet-back gas-fired boiler,and puts forward treatment suggestions and preventive measures.
