摘 要:由于天气、季节等变化导致太阳能供热不稳定,研究选择电能作为太阳能辅助热源,以解决全天候油井采出液加热问题.针对东营某联合站电加热辅助太阳能集热系统,以TRNSYS程序为模拟平台,建立仿真模型,分析得出太阳能-电加热系统的运行方案,并对模拟结果进行优化.结果表明,集热器面积70 m^(2)、方位角5°、倾角37°安装,温差控制策略采用下限温差3℃、上限温差10℃时,系统耗能比最大,具有较好的经济效益.Due to the instability of solar heating caused by changes in weather and season,electric energy is selected as the auxiliary solar heat source in the study to solve the problem of all-weather heating of oil well produced fluid.Aiming at the electric heating auxiliary solar heat collection system of a combined station in Dongying,taking TRNSYS program as the simulation platform,the simulation model is established,the operation scheme of solar electric heating system is analyzed,and the simulation results are optimized.The results show that when the collector is installed with an area of 70 m^(2),an azimuth of 5°and an inclination of 37°and the temperature difference control strategy adopts the lower limit temperature difference of 3 ℃ and the upper limit temperature difference of 10 ℃,the energy consumption ratio of the system is the largest and has good economic benefits.
