摘  要:某电厂锅炉年平均排烟温度约为124℃,夏季最高排烟温度约为140~150℃,排烟热损失较高.研究提出两种烟气余热回收的改造措施:ND钢低温省煤器和暖风器联合系统、热管式低压省煤器与暖风器联合系统.并对两种方案的可行性进行论证,为电厂低温省煤器系统最终的改造工程实施提供参考.经过计算分析,ND钢低温省煤器和暖风器联合系统单台机组初投资约2150万元,年节约燃煤收益约372万元,动态投资回收期约6.7 a;热管式低压省煤器与暖风器联合系统单台机组初投资约1842万元,年节约燃煤收益约314万元,动态投资回收期约6.8 a.The average annual smoke exhaust temperature of a power plant boiler is about 124℃ the maximum exhaust temperature in summer is about 140〜150 ℃,and the loss of smoke heat is high.The study puts forward two transformation measures for flue gas waste heat recovery:the combined system of ND steel low-temperature economizer and air heater,and the combined system of heat pipe low-pressure economizer and air heater.The feasibility of the two schemes is demonstrated,which provides a reference for the implementation of the final transformation project of the low-temperature economizer system of the power plant.Through calculation and analysis,the initial investment of a single unit of the scheme is about 21.5 million yuan,the annual savings of coal-fired income is about 3.72 million yuan,the dynamic investment payback period is about 6.7 a,and the initial investment of the second unit of the program is about 18.42 million yuan,the annual savings of coal-fired income is about 3.14 million yuan,and the dynamic investment payback period of about 6.8 a.
