摘　　要：燃煤供热工业锅炉机组容量小、锅炉效率偏低,大量高温烟气直接排放造成能量浪费.与传统翅片管式低温省煤器相比,搪玻璃热管式低温省煤器在防腐、耐磨及防积灰方面优势明显.通过对搪玻璃热管式低温省煤器在临沂某70 MW燃煤工业锅炉上的改造应用,并进行试验研究分析.结果显示,改造后燃煤工业锅炉运行状况和节能效果均满足预期要求.项目采用分级布置、梯级降温的搪玻璃热管式换热器改造方案,除尘器前、后烟道各加装一级低温省煤器,改造后当锅炉排烟温度达到139.9℃时,预计单采暖季余热回收效益130.6万元,节能效果和经济效益显著.Due to the small unit capacity and low boiler efficiency of coal-fired heating industrial boilers,the direct emission of a large amount of high-temperature flue gas causes a large energy waste.Compared with the traditional fin-tube type low-temperature economizer,the glass-lined heat-pipe type low-temperature economizer has obvious advantages in anti-corrosion,wear resistance and dust prevention.Through the retrofit and application of a glass-lined heat pipe type low-temperature economizer on a 70 MW coal-fired industrial boiler in Linyi.The results show that the operation status and energy-saving effect of the coal-fired industrial boiler after transformation meet the expected requirements.The project adopts a graded arrangement and stepped cooling glass-lined heat pipe heat exchanger transformation plan.A low-temperature economizer is installed in each flue before and after the dust collector.After the transformation,when the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler reaches 139.9℃,The waste heat recovery benefit during the heating season is 1.306 million yuan,which is significant in terms of energy-saving and economic benefits.
