摘  要:建立核磁共振波谱法同时测定复合维生素B片中所有有效成分含量的方法:使用400 MHz核磁共振波谱仪,溶剂DMSO-d6+D_(2)O,内标顺丁烯二酸,采集样品^(1)H-NMR谱.结果显示,供试维生素B片中维生素B_(1)、维生素B_(2)、烟酰胺、泛酸钙和维生素B_(6)含量测定值在药典规定的标示范围内,RSD分别为0.53%、1.2%、4.0%、1.5%和4.5%.各成分的平均回收率均接近100%,且重复性良好.结论:核磁共振波谱法测定复合维生素B片中5种有效成分的含量,方法简便,准确度高,可实现复合维生素B片中所有有效成分的同时测定.To establish a nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)method for content determination of all active components in compound vitamin B tablets simultaneously,1H-NMR spectra were obtained with a 400 MHz spectrometer.Vitamin B was mixed with maleic acid as internal standard in DMSO-d6+D_(2)O.It turns out that the average content of vitamin B_(1),vitamin B_(2),nicotinamide,calcium pantothenate and vitamin B_(6) are within the standard range of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the RSD are 0.53%,1.2%,4.0%,1.5%and 4.5%respectively.The average recovery ratio approaches 100%,which is very repetitive.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate for quantitative analysis of five kinds of vitamins in compound vitamin B tablets simultaneously.
