摘　　要：绿色信贷的根本目的是用金融手段助力经济社会可持续发展,促进实体经济的高质量发展.从经济活力、产业结构、生态环境、共享发展和创新能力五方面构建高质量发展系统评价指标体系,运用耦合度模型和耦合协调模型评估浙江绿色信贷与实体经济高质量发展耦合协调水平,分析结果表明2008—2018年间两者协调水平不断提升,仍存在提升空间;利用灰色关联分析进一步揭示绿色信贷支持高质量发展的影响因素,发现绿色信贷与产业结构的耦合作用最强.根据分析结果和浙江实际,从持续加大绿色信贷投放总量、促进绿色产融精准对接、加强政策监管引导作用等三个方面提出对策建议.The fundamental purpose of green credit as a financial instrument is to help the sustainable development of the economy and society,which is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of the real economy.The evaluation index system of the high-quality development system was constructed involving five aspects:economic vitality,industrial structure,ecological environment,shared development and innovation capabilities.The coupling degree model and coupling coordination model were used to evaluate the coupling and coordination level between green credit and high-quality development of the real economy in Zhejiang province.The analysis result shows that the coordination level has been continuously improved from 2008 to 2018,but there is still potential space for improvement.The gray correlation analysis was used to further explore the influencing factors of green credit supporting high-quality development,and it is found that the coupling effect of green credit and industrial structure is the strongest.According to the analysis results and the actual situation in Zhejiang province,the three aspects of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:to continuously increase the total amount of green credit,to promote the precise connection of green industry and finance,and to strengthen the role of policy supervision and guidance.
