摘　　要：合成气压缩机组中压汽轮机大修后出现间歇性大幅振动,导致转子高振动联锁跳车。分析了汽轮机产生振动的原因,经抢修检查和处理消除了汽轮机的安全隐患,确保生产装置正常运行。The medium pressure turbine of syngas compressor unit has intermittent and large vibration during operation after overhaul,which leads to high vibration interlock trip.The main cause of vibration was analyzed and dealt with by the emergent maintenance,and the major safety hidden danger existed in the operation of the equipment was eliminated to ensure the normal operation of the production equipment.
