摘 要:根据制氢装置和烷烃脱氢装置工艺特点,构思了三种制氢装置废热锅炉和烷烃脱氢装置加热炉工艺耦合的方案。通过工艺流程模拟对三种耦合效果进行分析,结果显示工艺耦合可有效提高热利用率,节省大量的操作成本。通过分析比选,认为工艺耦合方案二即废热锅炉(2×10^(5) m^(3)/h制氢装置)替代再生空气加热炉(6×10^(5) t/a烷烃脱氢装置)是优先推荐采用的耦合方案。通过“”计算,方案二采用工艺耦合后装置的“”效率从58.38%提高至67.09%,由此每年节省的装置操作费用可达2776.8万元。Based on process characteristics of hydrogen production plant and alkane dehydrogenation plant,three cases for process integration of hydrogen production waste heat boiler and alkane dehydrogenation heaters are designed in this paper.Three integration effects were analyzed through process simulation,and the results show that process integration can effectively improve heat utilization rate and save a lot of operating cost.The second case,replacing the regeneration air heater(600 kt/a alkane dehydrogenation plant)by the waste heat boiler(200000 m^(3)/h heavy oil gasification hydrogen production plant),is the recommended process integration case.By exergy calculation,the exergy efficient of two plants after process integration(2nd case)increases from 58.38%to 67.09%,which can save 27.8 million yuan yearly operating cost.
