摘  要:选取煤粉高压密相气力输送系统关键操控参数作为研究对象,系统考察了工业装置煤粉输送密度、速度、流量的稳定性影响规律。结果表明,随着负荷的提高,煤粉输送管线密度、速度、流量波动均减小,稳定性提高;流化气量过大或过小均不利于提高稳定性;输送气量越高,稳定性越好。在实际工业生产中,还需要平衡各个参数对煤线的影响,以保证煤线在总体稳定的前提下,实现较大流量和较高浓度的输送。The key operation parameters of pulverized coal high-pressure dense-phase pneumatic conveying system are selected as the research object,and the effects of density,velocity and flow rate of pulverized coal conveying in industrial plant is systematically investigated.The results show that with the increase of gasifier load,the conveying density,velocity and flowrate fluctuation of pulverized coal are all reduced and the stability is improved;too large or too small fluidized gas flowrate is not conducive to the improvement of stability;the higher the conveying gas volume is,the better the stability is.For the industrial plant,it is also necessary to balance the influence of each parameter to ensure the overall stability of the pulverized coal conveying to achieve a larger flowrate and higher concentration.
