摘　　要：需要是社会发展的源泉和动力,是人的本质的体现与展开。虽然社会的各种生产活动,在其根本的意义上,都是为了回应人们对美好生活的需要,但是建立在环境破坏基础上的经济发展模式,不断导致生态危机扩大,从而严重阻遏人们美好生活需要的满足。生态文明是一种新的文明形态,它不仅以自觉的发展规划规避环境问题的困扰和伤害,还将人类文明提升到了一个更加丰富和完善的境界,在满足人类更为丰富的需要的同时,也给人类的需要做出规范。因此,生态文明建设要以人的需要满足为着眼点,以需要的改变和合理化为手段,促进人类需要结构的变化。Need is the source and motive force of social development and the embodiment and development of human nature.Although all kinds of productive activities in society,in their fundamental sense,are designed to respond to people’s need for a better life,the economic development model based on environmental destruction has continuously led to the expansion of ecological crises,thus seriously blocking the satisfaction of people’s need for a better life.Ecological civilization is a new form of civilization that not only circumvents the troubles and harms of environmental problems with conscious development planning,but also elevates human civilization to a richer and more perfect realm,and gives norms to human needs while satisfying them in a richer way.Therefore,in the construction of ecological civilization,we should focus on the satisfaction of human needs,and promote the change of human needs structure by means of the change and rationalization of needs.
