摘　　要：目的:探讨脓毒症患者实行扶正固本法对细胞免疫功能及预后的影响。方法:本次试验选取我院2020年4月—2022年1月收治的80例脓毒症患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为各40例的两组,对照组实行常规治疗,研究组实行扶正固本法治疗,比对两组血清炎症因子含量、机体免疫功能及SOFA、APACHEⅡ评分。结果:研究组比对照组治疗后3天、治疗后7天WBC、PCT、CRP含量、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)水平及SOFA、APACHEⅡ评分更低,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)更高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症患者实行扶正固本法治疗,能够改善细胞免疫功能,稳定血清炎症因子水平,保证预后效果,实践价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of fuzheng and Strengthening this method on cellular immune function and prognosis in patients with sepsis.Methods:In this study,80 cases of sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were selected for study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with the method of strengthening the body.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of BC,PCT,CRP,CD4^(+)CD25^(+),SOFA and APACHEⅡscores were lower in the study group 3 days after treatment and 7 DWT after treatment,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with sepsis with fuzheng strengthening this method can improve the cellular immune function,stabilize the level of serum inflammatory factors,ensure the prognosis effect,high practical value.
