摘　　要：目的:探索膝骨性关节炎运用关节镜下自体软骨移植治疗效果分析。方法:筛选我院膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究样本,患者共72例,于2020年4月—2021年10月入院,按照盲抽签法将患者均分两组,对照组(36例)行常规传统理疗与药物治疗,观察组(36例)在对照组基础上行关节镜下自体软骨移植术治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、中医症候积分以及血清β-catenin和DKK-1水平指标,计算有效率与并发症发生率。结果:总有效率方面观察组高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前中医症候积分(膝部疼痛、膝部肿胀、膝部僵硬、屈伸不利)无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项指标评分更低,对比对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清β-catenin和DKK-1水平指标无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项指标相比对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。并发症方面两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:膝骨性关节炎运用关节镜下自体软骨移植治疗效果较为明显,可有效改善患者症状,控制患者病情,促使患者及早恢复健康,值得推广。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic autologous cartilage transplantation for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:screening knee osteoarthritis patients as a study sample,a total of 72 patients in April 2020 to October 2021admission,according to the blind lottery patients were divided into two groups,control group(36 cases)conventional traditional therapy and drug treatment,observation group(36 cases)in control arthroautologous cartilage graft treatment,observed two groups of patients treatment effect,TCM syndrome integral and serum-catenin and DKK-1 level index,calculate efficiency and complication incidence.Results:The observation group was higher than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between TCM syndrome points(knee pain,knee swelling,knee stiffness,adverse flexion and extension)(P>0.05),and the observation group scored lower indicators and significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between serum-catenin and DKK-1 levels before treatment(P>0.05),and significant differences in the observed group after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups regarding the complications(P>0.05).Conclusion:By arthroscopy,it can effectively improve the symptoms,control their condition and promote early recovery,it is worth promotion.
