长三角数字金融环境对区域科技创新的影响分析

摘　　要：数字金融环境是数字经济时代金融服务机构利用信息技术和数据技术支持实体企业发展和居民生活的服务环境。良好的数字金融环境中,金融服务机构能利用大数据技术为企业和个人精准画像,形成有效的风险控制机制和信用交易机制,为区域科技创新营造普惠包容的氛围。通过对长三角41座城市科技创新的空间计量分析发现,数字金融环境整体水平以及数字金融覆盖广度、数字金融使用深度和普惠金融数字化程度等子维度都对科技创新有显著促进作用;并且数字金融环境还能促进银行、保险、资本市场更好地支持区域创新。基于上述发现,建议构建长三角创新产业数字金融服务平台,加快形成长三角企业和个人信用信息共享机制,打造长三角知识产权质押登记服务平台,鼓励创设面向长三角重点产业链的数字金融产品,推动长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区数字人民币跨区域特色应用场景创新落地。In the era of digital economy,digital financial environment acts as one kind of important service environment for financial institutions to support the enterprises and residents.In a superior digital financial environment,financial institutions could employ the big data technology to draw accurate portraits of enterprises and individuals,form effective risk control mechanisms and credit transaction mechanisms,and create an inclusive atmosphere for regional technological innovation.Using scientific and technological innovation data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta and the spatial econometric model,the article concludes that the business environment of digital finance plays a significant role in promoting scientific and technological innovation,and that the digital financial environment can also promote better support for regional innovation from the banking,insurance and capital markets.Based on the above findings,it is recommended to build a digital financial services platform for innovative industries,accelerate the formation of a credit information sharing mechanism for enterprises and individuals,create a pledge registration service platform for intellectual property rights,encourage the creation of digital financial products for key industrial chains,and promote the innovative implementation of digital RMB cross-regional special application scenarios in Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone in the Yangtze River Delta.
