摘  要:针对工程上用手工方法测量高速摆动零件摆幅误差较大、操作不便的问题,提出了一种基于超声波相位偏移的物体摆幅测量方法,该方法利用自制超声信号发射、接收电路采集超声相位偏移数据,结合软件数据拟合及单片机数据处理,能够在非接触情况下实现物体摆幅的自动测量。实验结果表明,该方法具有精度高、测量方便和成本较低等特点,在机械加工、航空航天等领域具有应用价值。In order to solve the problem of large error and inconvenience in manual measurement of the amplitude of high-speed swing parts in engineering,an ultrasonic phase shift method is proposed.This method uses self-made ultrasonic signal transmitter and receiver circuits to collect ultrasonic phase offset,combined with software data fitting and data processing by microprocessor unit,which can be realized in non-contact conditions.Experimental results show that the method has the characteristics of high accuracy,convenient measurement and low cost,which has application value in mechanical processing,aerospace and other fields.
