摘　　要：探究树脂材料SureFil SDR在预防性树脂充填中的应用价值。选择窝沟封闭剂、Z350XT流体树脂、SureFil SDR 3种材料,将其制备为规格为8 mm×2 mm×2 mm的长方体试件及规格为8 mm×8 mm×2 mm的圆柱体试件,每种材料共5个,对3种试件耐磨性、细菌粘附性、抗折性进行分析,并对比差异性。结果表明:SureFil SDR组表面显微硬度高于窝沟封闭剂组、Z350XT流体树脂组,质量损失量低于窝沟封闭剂组、Z350XT流体树脂组,且差异显著(P<0.05);耐磨性试验显示SureFil SDR组较其他2组磨损较轻;SureFil SDR组粗糙度、细菌粘附量均低于窝沟封闭剂组、Z350XT流体树脂组,且差异显著(P<0.05);SureFil SDR组3点弯曲强度均高于窝沟封闭剂组、Z350XT流体树脂组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。This paper explored the application value of resin material SureFil SDR in preventive resin filling.Cavity and groove sealant,Z350XT fluid resin and SureFil SDR were selected to prepare cuboid specimens with specifications of 8 mm×2 mm×2 mm and cylinder specimens with specifications of 8 mm×8 mm×2 mm.There were 5 specimens of each material.The wear resistance,bacterial adhesion and flexural resistance of the 3 specimens were analyzed and compared.Results showed that the surface microhardness of SureFil SDR was higher than groove and Z350XT fluid resin,the mass loss was lower than that of groove sealing agent group and Z350XT fluid resin group with statistical significant difference(P<0.05),and the wear resistance test showed that the SureFil SDR group had less wear than the other two groups.The roughness and bacterial adhesion amount of SureFil SDR group were lower than those of fossa and groove sealant group and Z350XT fluid resin group with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The three-point bending strength in the SureFil SDR group was higher than that in groove sealing group and Z350XT fluid resin group with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).
