明胶海绵止血材料在产后止血护理中的应用

摘　　要：探讨产后止血护理中明胶海绵止血材料的应用。选取2020年2月至2021年2月产后大出血患者100例,依据止血材料分为明胶海绵组、聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒组2组,各50例,统计分析两组患者的一次栓塞成功情况、血压、血红蛋白水平、平均出血量、平均止血时间、再出血情况、并发症发生情况、满意度情况。结果表明:明胶海绵组患者的一次栓塞成功率100.00%,高于PVA颗粒组88.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,明胶海绵组患者的收缩压、舒张压、血红蛋白水平均高于PVA颗粒组(P<0.05)。明胶海绵组患者的平均出血量少于PVA颗粒组(P<0.05),平均止血时间短于PVA颗粒组(P<0.05),再出血率2.00%低于PVA颗粒组16.00%(P<0.05)。明胶海绵组患者的并发症发生率18.00%低于PVA颗粒组42.00%(P<0.05)。明胶海绵组患者的满意度96.00%高于PVA颗粒组74.00%(P<0.05)。To explore the application of gelatin sponge hemostatic material in postpartum hemostatic nursing,a retrospective selection of 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into two groups according to the hemostatic material:gelatin sponge group and PVA particle group,50 cases in each group,and statistical analysis of the successful embolization of the two groups of patients condition,blood pressure,hemoglobin level,average bleeding volume,average hemostasis time,rebleeding status,complications,satisfaction.Results:The success rate of one-time embolization of patients in the gelatin sponge group was 100.00%higher than that of the PVA granule group 88.00%(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and hemoglobin level of the gelatin sponge group were higher than those of the PVA granule group(P<0.05).The average blood loss of the gelatin sponge group was less than that of the PVA particle group(P<0.05),the average hemostasis time was shorter than that of the PVA particle group(P<0.05),and the rebleeding rate was 2.00%,lower than that of the PVA particle group of 16%(P<0.05).The complication rate of the gelatin sponge group was 18.00%,lower than that of the PVA granule group of 42.00%(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the gelatin sponge group was 96.00%higher than 74.00%in the PVA granule group(P<0.05).
