摘　　要：随着城市地铁建设的快速发展,地铁隧道盾构施工对邻近建筑物安全造成的影响日益突出。从经验法、理论分析法、模型试验法、数值模拟法4个方面总结了盾构施工对邻近建筑物影响的研究方法,探讨了盾构隧道施工下邻近建筑物的安全性评价方法。结果表明:经验法缺乏理论依据,经验公式计算结果与实测结果存在一定偏差,综合考虑多种影响因素的修正计算公式有待研究;理论分析法的简化方法与分析重点各异,解决问题的范围有限,使用时应全面考虑实际影响因素与地层沉降规律的关系;模型试验分析较为单一,但相似的模型试验可模拟验证之前的研究成果;数值模拟法考虑较为全面,计算结果与实际较为接近,但整体式分析法计算量偏大。因此需从多方面、采用多指标来评价盾构施工对邻近建筑物的影响。With the rapid development of urban subway construction,the problems of adjacent buildings safety caused by subway shield tunnel construction are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper summarizes the research methods of the impact of shield tunnel construction on adjacent buildings from four aspects:empirical method,theoretical analysis,model test and numerical simulation,and discusses the safety evaluation methods of adjacent buildings under shield tunnel construction.The results show that the empirical method lacks theoretical basis,there is a certain deviation between the calculation results of empirical formula and the measured results,and the modified calculation formula considering various influencing factors needs to be studied;The simplified methods and analysis emphases of theoretical analysis method are different,and the scope of solving problems is limited.This method should be fully considered the relationship between actual influencing factors and stratum settlement law;The model test analysis is relatively simple,but similar model tests can simulate and verify the previous research results;The numerical simulation method considers comprehensively,and the calculation results are close to the reality,but the calculation amount of the integral analysis method is too large.It is necessary to evaluate the impact of shield tunnel construction on adjacent buildings from many aspects and indicators.
