摘  要:以某地铁盾构区间为例,对软弱复杂地层下泥水盾构泥水循环系统控制技术要点进行了研究,研究结果表明:在淤泥质土等黏性较大的地层,应适当降低泥水压力,提高压滤效率,控制跑浆现象的发生;在砂性地层,应适当提高泥水压力,并提高泥水循环系统的造浆能力。相关结论可为类似工程提供参考。Taken a subway shield section as an example,the key points of slurry circulation system control technology of slurry shield in soft complex strata are studied.The results show that the slurry pressure should be appropriately reduced,the pressure filtration efficiency should be improved,and the slurry leakage should be controlled in the muddy soil strata with large viscosity.In sandy strata,the mud pressure should be appropriately increased and the pulping ability by sludge circulation system should be improved.The relevant conclusions can provide reference for similar projects.
