宝咳宁颗粒联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨宝咳宁颗粒联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将105例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组(52例)和观察组(53例),对照组在常规治疗基础上给予特布他林雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上给予口服宝咳宁颗粒,观察两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率(88.68%,47/53)明显高于对照组(73.08%,38/52)(P<0.05);观察组咳喘、肺部哮鸣音消失以及疲倦乏力改善时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后肺功能均有所改善,观察组PEF、FVC及FEV_(1)%等指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后炎性因子均有所改善,观察组CRP、IL-4水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宝咳宁颗粒联合特布他林雾化治疗能够更有效治疗儿童支气管哮喘,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baokening granule combined with terbutaline inhakition in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:Randomly divided 105 children with hmnchial asthma into The control group(52 cases)and the observation group(53 cases),the control group was given terbutaline atomization inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was given oral Baokening granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate(88.68%,47/53)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.08%,38/52)(P<0.05);the improvement time of cough and asthma,pulmonary wheezing and fatigue in the observation group were significanlly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pulmonary function after treatment The improvement of PEF,FVC and FEV_(1)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Inflanimatory factors were improved after treatment,and the levels of CRP and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly Lower than the control group(P<0.05),the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baokening granules combined with terbutaline aerosol therapy can more effectively treat children's bronchus tube asthma,worthy of clinical promotion.
