药食同源中药防治阿尔茨海默病的药效研究现状分析与思考

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)以高发病率、高患病年龄、高社会负担成为医学与社会关注的重点。当前,药食同源中药在AD防治中被广泛应用,药效机制受到研究者的关注与重视。本文以AD的发病机制为方向,对该类中药的药效作用机制研究现状进行分析归纳,以期为药食同源中药防治AD的深入研究提供参考。Alzheimer's Disease(AD)has become the focus of medical and social attention due to its high incidence,high age of onset,and high social burden.Currently,medicinal Homologous traditional Chinese medicines are widely used in the prevention and treatment of AD,and the pharmacodynamic mechanism has attracted the attention and attention of researchers.In this paper,the pathogenesis of AD is taken as the direction,and the pharmacodynamic mechanism of this type of traditional Chinese medicine is investigated.The research status of the system was analyzed and summarized,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth research on the prevention and treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin of medicine and food.
