摘  要:以发动机曲轴为研究对象,根据6缸发动机曲轴结构及工况载荷,利用有限元分析的方法进行曲轴静强度分析,并对曲轴结构在自由和约束两种不同条件下进行模态分析。根据分析结果,利用优化设计理论进行发动机曲轴结构优化,并对优化后结构进行强度分析。分析结果表明:优化后的发动机曲轴强度安全系数与优化前强度安全系数基本相同,最低强度安全系数大于1.7,满足曲轴强度使用要求,同时曲轴质量降低12.7%。In this paper,the crankshaft is taken as the research object.According to the crankshaft structure and working load of the 6-cylinder engine,the static strength of the crankshaft is analyzed by using the finite element analysis method,and the modal analysis of the crankshaft structure under the free and constrained conditions is carried out.According to the analysis results,the optimization design theory is used to optimize the engine crankshaft structure,and the strength of the optimized structure is analyzed.The analysis results show that the strength safety factor of the optimized engine crankshaft is basically the same as that before optimization,and the minimum strength safety factor is more than 1.7,which meets the requirements of crankshaft strength and reduces the crankshaft weight by 12.7%.
