摘  要:随着农业现代化进程的发展,农用发动机在农业生产中的应用越来越广泛。农用发动机控制系统结构庞大、复杂,信号检测难度大,导致农用发动机缺乏状态监控,故障排查困难,严重影响农业生产效率。为提高农用发动机的稳定性,在深入分析发动机工作原理的基础上,对农用发动机控制系统的输入输出信号进行分类和梳理,引入了DSP技术、FPGA技术和传感器技术,完成了农用发动机信号检测系统的总体方案设计,并对模拟量、频率量和开关量的信号调理电路和信号采集电路分别进行电路原理设计。最后,对信号检测功能进行测试,结果表明:农用发动机控制系统的信号检测系统能够全面、实时监测发动机的运行状态,具有较高的检测精度,稳定性高,对提高农业生产效率、降低农业生产成本具有较大的应用价值。With the development of agricultural modernization,the application of agricultural engines in agricultural production is becoming more and more extensive.However,the control system of the agricultural engine is huge,the control system is complex,and the signal detection is difficult,which leads to the lack of status monitoring of the agricultural engine and the difficulty of troubleshooting,which seriously affects the efficiency of agricultural production.In order to improve the stability of the agricultural engine,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the working principle of the engine,this paper classifies and combs the input and output signals of the agricultural engine control system,introduces DSP technology,FPGA technology and sensor technology,and completes the detection of agricultural engine signals The overall scheme of the system is designed,and the signal conditioning circuit and the signal acquisition circuit of the analog quantity,frequency quantity and switching quantity are designed respectively,and finally the signal detection function is tested.The test results show that the signal detection system of the agricultural engine control system can monitor the running state of the engine comprehensively and in real time,has high detection accuracy and high stability,and has great research significance for improving agricultural production efficiency and reducing agricultural production costs.
