摘 要:为填补我国南方丘陵山区绿豆机械化收获空白,提高生产效率,设计了一种手扶式绿豆联合收获机,主要包括脱粒分离、清选等装置以及行走、集粮和传动系统。同时,对脱粒滚筒和筛网等主要零部件进行结构设计及理论分析,确定了部件的结构及工作参数;选取收获机前行速度、割台离地间隙和风机转速为试验因素,以绿豆籽粒含杂率与损失率为性能指标进行正交试验,得到了最优参数组合,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:收获机前行速度对含杂率和损失率影响均不显著;割台离地间隙对含杂率和损失率的影响均显著;风机转速对含杂率的影响非常显著,对损失率的影响显著;当前行速度为0.66m/s、割台离地间隙为18mm、风机转速为1000r/min时,联合收获机的作业性能达到最优。在该最优参数组合下进行样机性能试验,结果为平均含杂率2.38%,平均损失率1.57%,达到样机设计要求以及相关标准规定。研究结果可为丘陵山区豆类机械收获提供参考。In order to fill the gap of mung bean mechanized harvesting in south hilly area of China and improve production efficiency,a kind of walking mung bean combine harvester was designed.The main design of the machine includes threshing,separation,cleaning and other devices,as well as walking,grain collecting and transmission systems.The structure design and theoretical analysis of the main parts such as threshing drum and screen are carried out,and the structure and working parameters of the parts are determined.Selecting the forward speed of harvester,the clearance between header and ground and the speed of fan were selected as the experimental factors.Taking the impurity rate and loss rate of mung bean seeds as performance indexes,the orthogonal experiment was carried out,and the optimal combination of parameters was obtained and verified.The results show that the forward speed of harvester has no significant effect on the impurity rate and loss rate;the ground clearance of header has significant effect on the impurity rate and loss rate;the fan speed has significant effect on the impurity rate and loss rate.When the current row speed is 0.66 m/s,the ground clearance of header is 18 mm,and the fan speed is 1000 r/min,the operation performance of combine harvester is the best.The experimental results show that the average impurity content is 2.38%and the average loss rate is 1.57%,which meets the design requirements and relevant standards.The results can provide reference for mechanical harvesting of beans in hilly areas.
