摘　　要：围绕种植过程减量施肥的目标,针对目前厩肥撒施装备作业过程中肥料流动性差造成易堵塞、击碎效果差及施肥均匀性不佳等难题,研制开发了一种新型多功能厩肥撒施机,一次作业完成对厩肥、农家肥等干肥击碎、均匀撒布以及半干肥、湿肥搅拌均匀撒布。结合物料特点和施肥工艺要求,确定了合适的剪切物料装置,以提供连续均匀的施肥方式,满足不同施肥作业需要。合理确定了各级减速比,设计了合适的前后传动箱,满足73.5~132.3kW动力输入。机具采用了双螺旋输送器和连续焊接的V型料斗实现双向物料运输和多功能施肥,消除了物料堵塞,确保了农用肥料连续搅拌和稳定移动。田间试验结果表明:机具选用东方红x1304拖拉机作为动力,搅拌、抛撒晾晒4日的牛粪,作业速度约为4.22km/h,抛撒最大幅宽为17.48m,施肥均匀性变异系数为13.53%,达到预期效果。The goals of planting process reduced fertilization,in view of the present manure fertilizer illiquid caused in the process of broadcasting equipment operation easy jam,shatter effect is poor,poor uniformity and fertilization effect,developed a new type of multi-functional manure spreader,a job completion of manure,farmyard manure and other dried human and animal excreta smash,cloth and half dried human and animal excreta,wet weight evenly mix and cloth.According to the characteristics of the materials and the requirements of fertilization process,the suitable shearing equipment was determined to provide a continuous and uniform way of fertilization to meet the needs of different fertilization operations.The deceleration ratio of each level is reasonably determined,and appropriate front and rear transmission boxes are designed,which can meet the power input of 73.5-132.3kW and 1000r/min.Double spiral conveyor and continuous welding V-shaped hopper are adopted to realize two-way material transportation and multi-function fertilization,eliminate material clogging and ensure continuous mixing and stable movement of agricultural fertilizer.Finally,a field experiment was carried out.The experiment showed that the machine was powered by the Tractor Dongfanghong 1304,and the cow manure that had been aired for 4 days was stirred and distributed at a working speed of about 4.22/h,with a maximum width of 17.48m and a variation coefficient of fertilization uniformity of 13.53%.The expected results were achieved.
