摘  要:针对玉米秸秆种植密度不同的现状[1],设计了一款可自动调节玉米秸秆喂入量的喂入箱,介绍了喂入箱的结构和工作原理,通过公式计算确定了传动比和喂入辊直径等参数,并通过CATIA三维建模设计各喂入辊之间的位置排布形式和结构[2]。在试验田进行实地收割测试其性能和最大喂入量,并通过试验调节喂入定辊和喂入动辊之间的距离以达到最佳的喂入效果[3]。结果表明:在幅宽为2200mm时,长齿喂入辊线速度为2.59m/s,立式光棍线速度为1.66m/s,浮动压草辊线速度为2.12m/s,最佳作业速度为2~5km/h,喂入箱达到了4QZ-2200A型青贮机的收获要求。In view of the situation of planting density of different corn stalk,designed a model can automatically adjust the feed box of maize straw feed rate,this paper introduces the structure and working principle of the feeding box,determined by the formula to calculate parameters such as transmission ratio and the feeding roller diameter,and through the CATIA three-dimensional modeling design of the feeding roller position arrangement between the form and structure,place in field trials in the field to harvest test its performance and maximum feed rate,and adjusting the feed through the experiment set the distance between the roller and feed moving roller optimal feeding effect.The results show that when the width is 2200mm,the linear velocity of the front feeding roller is 2.59m/s,the linear velocity of the single roller is 1.66m/s,and the linear velocity of the floating roller is 2.12m/s.The optimal operating speed is 2~5km/h.The feeding box can successfully complete the harvesting requirements of 4QZ-2200A silage machine.
