摘 要:针对目前深松作业过程中牵引阻力大的问题,应用液压振动技术设计了一种液压强迫式振动深松单体。为明确深松单体的作业性能,对液压强迫式振动深松单体分别进行振动深松和常规深松作业参数优化,并进行对比分析。振动深松以深松作业速度、深松深度、深松铲入土角度、深松铲振动频率为试验因素,常规深松以深松作业速度、深松深度、深松铲入土角度为试验因素,以牵引阻力为评价指标进行二次回归正交组合试验研究。利用Design Expert软件对试验结果进行响应面分析,分析各因素对试验指标的影响,并对各因素进行了优化。结果表明:试验因素影响振动深松牵引阻力的顺序为深松深度>深松作业速度>深松铲入土角度>深松铲振动频率;试验因素影响常规深松牵引阻力的顺序为深松深度>深松铲入土角度>深松作业速度。对优化结果进行试验验证可知:深松单体振动深松最佳作业参数组合为深松作业速度5km/h、深松深度325mm、深松铲入土角度15°、深松铲振动频率11.5Hz,此时牵引阻力为1.60kN;深松单体常规深松最佳作业参数组合为深松作业速度3km/h、深松深度325mm、深松铲入土角度28.5°,此时牵引阻力为7.03kN;评价指标试验值与模型优化值的相对误差均小于5%;与常规深松相比,液压强迫式振动深松单体振动深松牵引阻力降幅为77.24%。该研究结果和优化方法可为液压强迫式振动深松单体的参数选择和优化提供参考。Aiming at the problem of large traction resistance in the process of subsoiling,a hydraulic forced vibration subsoiling monomerwas designed by using hydraulic vibration technology.In order to make clear the working performance of the subsoiling monomer,the hydraulic forced vibration subsoiling monomer and conventional subsoiling operation parameters were optimized and compared.The subsoiling operation speed,subsoiling depth,subsoiling shovel angle and subsoiling shovel vibration frequency were taken as test factors for vibration subsoiling,and subsoiling operation speed,subsoiling depth and subsoiling shovel angle were taken as test factors for conventional subsoiling,and traction resistance was used as evaluation index for quadratic regression orthogonal combination test.The response surface analysis of the test results was carried out by using design expert software,and the influence of each factor on the test index was analyzed,and the factors were optimized.The results show that:the order of the test factors affecting the traction resistance of vibration subsoiling is:subsoiling depth>subsoiling speed>subsoiling shovel angle>subsoiling shovel vibration frequency;the order of test factors influencing conventional subsoiling traction resistance is:subsoiling depth>subsoiling shovel angle>subsoiling speed;the optimization results are verified by experiments,and the best operation of subsoiling monomer vibration subsoiling is obtained The results show that the optimum parameters of subsoiling monomer are subsoiling speed of 5km/h,subsoiling depth of 325mm,subsoiling shovel angle of 15°,subsoiling shovel vibration frequency of 11.5hz,and traction resistance of 1.60kn;the optimal combination of subsoiling monomer conventional subsoiling operation parameters is subsoiling speed of 3km/h,subsoiling depth of 325mm,subsoiling angle of 28.5°and traction resistance of 7.03kn;test value and model optimization value of evaluation index The relative errors are less than 5%.Compared with the conventional subsoiling operati
