摘  要:针对全喂入联合收获机收获羊草种子过程中易发生脱粒滚筒堵塞的问题,进行了羊草在脱粒滚筒内的运动分析,结合羊草茎叶物理特性以及田间试验,找出导致堵塞的原因。试验结果表明:用纵轴流纹杆式脱粒滚筒收获羊草种子时,羊草叶子占比大、表面粗糙度高、边缘呈锯齿状、韧性强,导致纹杆与羊草接触面积大、摩擦力大,使羊草在脱粒滚筒中的运动速度低于喂入速度,造成脱粒滚筒堵塞,即纵轴流纹杆式脱粒滚筒不适合作为羊草种子的脱粒元件。最后,采用纵轴流疏密相间的钉齿式脱粒滚筒进行全喂入收获羊草种子田间试验,结果显示:机器可以正常作业,脱净率与损失率能够满足用户要求。研究可为研发适用于禾本科牧草种子收获的全喂入联合收获机提供参考。Aiming at the problem of blockage of the threshing drum during the harvesting of Leymus chinensis seeds by the full-feeding combine harvester,the analysis of the movement of Leymus chinensis in the threshing drum,Physical characteristics analysis of stem and leaf,and the field experiment were used to find out the cause of the blockage.The experimental results show that when the Leymus chinensis seeds are harvested with the longitudinal flow bar type threshing drum,the leaves of Leymus chinensis have a large proportion,the surface is rough,the edges are jagged,and the toughness is strong.The contact area between the rasp bar and leymus chinensis is large and the friction force is large too.They make that movement speed of the Leymus chinensis in the threshing drum is lower than the feeding speed,which leads to the clogging of the threshing drum,that is,the longitudinal-axis flow bar type threshing drum is not suitable for the threshing element of Leymus chinensis seeds.Finally,the test is carried out with the nail-tooth threshing drum with vertical axial flow.The machine can operate normally,and the removal rate and loss rate can meet user requirements.This research provides a reference for the research and development of a full-feed combine harvester suitable for harvesting gramineous grass seeds.
