摘  要:以花生收获机作业过程为研究对象,对花生收获过程中出现的损失率高、花生果实埋没现象严重以及果实破损率高等现象进行分析。以数学形态学为基础,设计一种花生收获机视觉系统,对花生收获的挖掘过程和采摘过程进行图像模式识别,并与相关数据信息进行比对,降低收获过程中的损失率高现象。试验数据表明:搭载花生收获机视觉系统后,收获过程中的花生总损失率满足设计性能指标,花生果实埋没率和果实破损率均满足设计使用要求。基于数学形态学视觉系统设计优良,满足使用要求,可为智能花生收获机的研制提供硬件支持。This paper takes the working process of peanut harvester as the research object,the phenomenon of high loss rate,serious buried phenomenon and high damage rate of peanut fruit in the process of peanut harvest is analyzed.Based on mathematical morphology,a visual system of peanut harvester is designed.The system is used to recognize the image pattern of the digging process and picking process of peanut harvest Compared with the relevant data information,it can reduce the phenomenon of high loss rate in the harvest process.The experimental data show that the total loss rate of peanut in the harvesting process can meet the design performance index after carrying the vision system of peanut harvester,and the buried rate and damaged rate of peanut fruit can meet the design requirements.The results show that the design of mathematical morphology vision system is excellent and meets the requirements of application,and can provide hardware support for the development of intelligent peanut harvester.
