摘 要:以提高叶轮驱动性能为优化目标、驱动叶轮结构参数为优化对象,在轮叶单元组的基础上,针对HH709S型船式拖拉机驱动轮折面叶轮展开研究。首先,采用光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)法,建立了轮叶单元组与土壤相互作用的计算模型;然后,针对折面轮叶单元组参数(如组内轮叶叶间夹角、两轮叶叶径夹角、轮叶单元组个数等)对叶轮驱动性能的影响展开研究,并分析了以上参数对驱动性能影响产生的原因,得到了驱动效果较为理想的折面单元组叶轮参数。研究表明:相比于HH709S型船式拖拉机原始叶轮结构,折面叶轮结构驱动效率提升了34.76%,极大程度地提高了其在作业时的驱动性能。研究成果可以指导船式拖拉机叶轮结构的设计,具有重要的工程价值。The optimization goal of this paper is improving the driving performance of the impeller,and the optimization object is the structural parameters of the driving impeller.Based on the vane unit,the research on the folded-face impeller of the HH709S ship-type tractor is carried out.First,the smooth particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method is used to establish a calculation model of the interaction between the vane unit and the soil.Then,the influences of the parameters of the folded-faced vane unit such as the angle between the blades in the unit,the radial angle between the blades,the number of the vane unit on the driving performance of the impeller are studied,and the reasons of which are also analyzed,the parameters of the folded-face impeller with the ideal driving effect are finally obtained.The results show that comparing with the original impeller structure of the HH709S ship-type tractor,the drive efficiency of the optimized folded-face impeller is increased by34.76%,the driving performance of which significantly improved.
