摘  要:为实现更高效的大田喷雾变量施肥作业,设计了一种变量施肥机控制系统并进行了分析试验。该文描述的变量施肥机通过设定当前田块所需的施肥量,实现流量随车速变化的施肥作业。对控制系统进行了建模,建立了模糊控制规则,通过模糊控制器对PID参数进行了优化调整,采用模糊控制器与PID控制结合的方法对模型进行了仿真分析,并通过与PID控制器的对比验证了模糊PID的控制效果。搭建试验平台进行试验,验证了模糊PID对于变量施肥机控制系统的控制效果,并分析出施肥流量存在的相对误差,对施肥作业的流量误差补偿提供了依据。In order to realize more efficient field spray variable fertilization,a control system of variable fertilizer applicator was designed and analyzed.The variable fertilization machine described in this paper realizes the fertilization operation with the flow changing with the speed by setting the amount of fertilizer needed in the current field.In this paper,the control system is modeled,fuzzy control rules are established,PID parameters are optimized and adjusted by the fuzzy controller,the model is simulated and analyzed by the combination of fuzzy controller and PID control,and the control effect of fuzzy PID is verified by comparison with the PID controller.At the same time,a test platform was built to carry out the test.The test results verified the control effect of fuzzy PID on the variable fertilizer application machine control system,and analyzed the relative error of fertilization flow,which provided a basis for the compensation of fertilization operation flow error.
