摘  要:我国奶牛已经实现集约化和规模化养殖,而青贮取料是关键作业环节。为此,研制出一种可横向移动的青贮取料机,取料宽度1600mm,取料高度5000mm。该机取料头由异步电动机提供动力,经摆线针轮减速器初级减速,通过链传动驱动取料头进行取料作业;输料装置采用链条刮板结构,采用液压马达驱动链轮。为了满足不同方向上的取料工作,设计了横向行走和纵向行走机构,并对驱动力、速度进行了设计计算,确定了关键部件。同时,采用EDEM对取料进行了仿真分析,得出刀具密度是影响取料效率的关键因素,进给量次之,转速和刀具角度影响较小,优化参数:刀具密度为0.03片/mm,转速为160r/min,刀具角度为0°,进给量为25mm,此时取料效率为20m^(3)/h。intensive and large-scale breeding of dairy cattle has been realized in China.Silage reclaiming is the key operation link.According to the national conditions,a kind of silage reclaimer with 1600 mm width and 5000 mm height was developed.The reclaiming head of this machine is powered by asynchronous motor,which is reduced by cycloid pin wheel reducer and driven by chain drive to reclaim material.The design and calculation of the key components such as the reclaimer head,cutter arrangement and motor are studied.The conveyor adopts the structure of chain scraper and the sprocket is driven by hydraulic motor.In order to meet the reclaiming work in different directions,the transverse and longitudinal walking mechanisms are designed,and the driving force and speed are designed and calculated,and the key components are determined.In addition,edem is used to simulate and analyze the reclaiming.It is concluded that the tool density is the key factor affecting the reclaiming efficiency,followed by the feed rate,the speed and the tool angle.The optimized parameters are tool density of 0.03 pieces/mm,rotation speed of 160 r/min,tool angle of 0°and feed rate of 25 mm.The results show that the reclaiming efficiency is 20 m^(3)/h with the optimized parameters.
