摘 要:目前,设施园艺营养液多采用先配后用的模式,成本高、效率低,同时温室内环境对作物生长至关重要。为此,设计了一套智能温室水肥一体化装备,该装备由灌溉管路、配肥装置、环境监测与调节系统和控制系统组成,可以实现水肥的按需动态混合、栽培环境实时监控与控制等功能。配肥装置采用蠕动泵与文丘里吸肥器的组合设计,并在主管道安装静态混合器,有效提高配肥速度与精度,达到了营养液现用现配、及时混合的目的;且设计有环境监测与调节系统,以维持温室内环境的稳定。控制系统软件基于Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC)面向对象开发,设计有简洁明了的人机交互界面以及功能分区。试验验证表明:蠕动泵与文丘里的组合可以有效提高吸肥精度,温室内环境监测调节系统能够维持温室内环境稳定,控制软件系统稳定,人机交互便捷,装备整体运行稳定,可以实现目标功能,为水肥一体化灌溉系统的设计提供了新的思路和技术支撑。At present, most nutrient solution in protected gardening are prepared first and then used, which is costly and inefficient.At the same time, the environment in greenhouse is also very important to the growth of crops.Therefore, a set of intelligent greenhouse water and fertilizer integration equipment is designed, which can dynamically mix water and fertilizer according to needs and monitor the cultivation environment in real time.The equipment consists of irrigation pipeline, fertilizer distribution device, environmental monitoring control system and control system.The fertilizer distribution device adopts the combined design of peristaltic pump and venturi fertilizer absorber, and a static mixer is installed in the main pipeline, which effectively improves the speed and precision of fertilizer distribution and realizes the instant distribution and timely mixing of nutrient solutions.At the same time, an environmental monitoring and control system is designed to keep the greenhouse environment stable.The control system software is developed based on microsoft foundation classes and has a concise human-computer interface and functional partitions.Experiments show that the combination of peristaltic pump and venturi tube can effectively improve the accuracy of fertilizer absorption.Greenhouse environment monitoring and regulation system can keep the greenhouse environment stable, the control software system stable, the man-machine interaction convenient, the overall operation of equipment stable, and achieve the target function, which provides new ideas and technical support for the design of water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system.
